WE ONLY OFFER E- STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS! We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases. Please call us at 559-439- 7770 or email us at email@example.com with any questions regarding style or sizing. Our stylists are here to help! Store credit never expires. Store credit will be sent to you in form of an E-Giftcard via email in U.S.dollars when your return is processed within 3 business days of receipt of delivery.
When purchasing during a BOGO 50% sale, the lower priced item will default to the 50% discount. If you need to return the full priced item, please note an adjustment of will be made to that item since it was purchased on a promotion.
Online purchases must be mailed back to the address listed below. We cannot return your online purchase in our store locations. You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning any merchandise.

*Merchandise must be returned within 21 days from the received date.
*Merchandise must be unwashed & unworn with tags attached. Ooh La La is not responsible for any damages done while washing or drying the garment. Please follow the manufacturer’s care instructions.
*Sale items are FINAL SALE.
*Bodysuits, hats, jewelry, intimates and swimwear are FINAL SALE .
*Shoes must be returned unworn in the original box, without damage to the box.
Your merchandise will ship within one to two business day (excluding weekends).
A flat fee of $5.00 per order will be charged. You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed.
